As a company our mission is to grow and expand across the Mississippi river into Louisiana territory. Establishing the same quality and excellence we then have plans to move over across the east state line in our brothering state of Alabama after we completely conquer the Louisiana market. In hopes of dominating Alabama we will then have succeeded in a conjoined tri-state area. Eventually setting our sites down in Florida to cap off the expansion and then being able to completely step back and define and refine every state that we are in until we reach the point of the largest most successful Roofing and Restoration company in the Southeastern region. My vision beyond the business aspect is simplicity and young retirement with real estate for residual income for life sustainability. Have retirement accounts in place for all kids and hand the businesses down to my children one day to watch them continue the legacies built that are being put in place for them now.
My reasoning for getting into this business was to come back home off of the road to be at home with my family. I’ve been in construction for 12 years and ultimately was seeing myself follow my fathers footsteps. Doing so I see myself establishing the legacies to follow for my kids as well. Lastly, getting into this business allows me to establish a team to serve and help the communities and citizens of Mississippi, which is and has always been a dream of mine.
As the owner of Renegade Roofing and restoration I am passionate and dedicated because of the smiles we are able to leave on Homeowners faces, The impact we make on communities around, the growth we are able to instill into individuals that take the opportunities to the best of their ability, and the smile I am able to see on my loved ones faces. Here at Renegade Roofing we completely operate passionately and are dedicated to serving, rather than being the owner, the Office administration, Project management team, and or even the Highly qualified team of Sales Representatives we have in house.
My personal History in construction- As a young boy I lived in a household with a father being one of the largest General Contractors in Central Mississippi. With this, I spent any day not at school on his job sites picking up scrape cut lumber and piling it up, only growing from there I then began building walls and headers for interior doors and again on progressing from there. I later went to be a steel connector, building wind turbines all over the US and making it to a foreman within the first 3 years with 30-40 guys under me at all times which started instilling time management, employee management, and a small sense of business management at a young age. After finding a woman to call mom to my kids and to say “I do”, it was time to come back home off of the road and learn how to sustain the living I had supported from the road, at home, while also being a father and husband. This all led me to the roofing and restoration business where I worked for a company for a short while to get my OUR head wrapped around the industry and ultimately gain all knowledge possible of the ins and outs before making the big leap that we have. The journey certainly has had its ups and downs but I personally believe that the hard times we go through define the character of who we are. We are RENEGADE!!!
